Another of our wines inspired by an iconic car. Not that it was planned - we originally marked its barrel “HC” as in HardCore, because it’s a very in-your-face expressive Blaufrankisch. Coming from a very young vineyard right next to our winery, this is a truly fruity, attention-grabbing, loud and jammy red. Fast, sharp riffs, aggressive vocals, just like hardcore music.
The name then somehow muted into Honda Civic, a car whose pure lines, reliability & simplicity I truly enjoy - so this wine is my tribute to Japanese music and design.
