Last November, I spent some time in Canada (for the RAW events – a couple of pictures here) and Amsterdam (for Mesjogge 2023, a fun and truly crazy tasting co-organised by Wilde Wijnen, my Dutch importer; here's a sneak peek). The time I could dedicate to discovering the cities was in all cases unfortunately much shorter than I'd like, but from the couple of places I managed to squeeze in the planning, these definitely stood out.
